Problems with installing a HP LaserJet 1320 to a new Dell laptop?
I just got a new laptop and wanted to install a printer I use on another computer to it. When I plugged in the usb cable into the laptop, no installation wizard popped up, and the laptop didn’t even appear to detect the printer. The printer works fine on the other computer, but it doesn’t get picked up by the laptop. I tried following instructions like installing the driver from HP’s website (because I dont have the disk) but nothing works. I tried going to control panel and adding a new printer, but the 1320 model isn’t listed. I have no idea where to go from here.
